The Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation is responsible for performance monitoring of government departments and public entities. Using this system DPME is managing the National, Provincial, National Public Entity and Provincial Public Entity annual performance plan. The system have three features –

• Programme Administration - Configured with all Programmes, sub programmes, Indicators and targets.
• Reporting - Data is captured against set targets ,comments and approvals will be garnered from the relevant parties at this stage
• Oversight - Reports and dashboards are generated based on the data captured and approved.
